Don't mess with us, we run Texas! With this year's Texas program, athletes can run any of these Texas half marathon classics: San Antonio Rock n Roll on December 4th, and Bryan College Station, Metro PCS Dallas and Austin's Decker all on December 11th. Runners need to be comfortable with 3 - 5 miles to start this program.
Start Date- Tuesday July 12th or Wednesday July 13th
End Date- Sunday, December 11th
Meeting: 2 times per week; midweek quality (speed) workout with your coach and Saturday long run. Cedar park Saturday start time is 6am. Downtown start time is 5:30am thru Sept 24th, then moves to 6am.
Includes: Running schedule for the entire class, CORE CLASS (strength class), small-group midweek speed workout and Saturday morning group-runs on a fully supported course.
