Welcome back to Texas professional triathletes Brandon and Amy Marsh, to resume coaching our Rogue training program for this classic Austin race. The Marshes will coach the weekly run, bike and swim workouts, as well as write the training schedule. This program will feature 5 workouts a week:
Bike workouts Tuesdays at 6:45pm at Rogue downtown: these will be spin workouts on trainers, to develop cadence and speed. Bring your bike and bring a trainer if you have access to one.
Run workouts Wednesdays at 6pm at Rogue downtown
Long runs Saturdays at 7am at Rogue downtown
Swim classes Sundays at 8am at East YMCA
Core workouts offered Mondays at 6pm and Thursdays at 6pm.
This program starts on April 2nd and ends race day, May 27th. This program is limited to 30 athletes.
