Whether you plan to do the Bike to the Beach MS 150 or the LiveStrong Ride in October 2007, or you would just like help increasing mileage and building endurance on the bike, this training program can help.
For twelve weeks, we will meet twice a week to train. The most crucial part of the program will be progressively longer training rides on Sunday mornings. We will begin with 25-30 miles (1/5 to 2 hours) and add distance and time each week. By the end of the program, you'll feel confident that your butt, your heart, and your legs can tackle a century's ride in a day's time.

Workout Dates:
Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm from various central locations and Sundays at 7:00 am from various locations.

We'll differ from other free training rides in the region in that we will ride AS A GROUP at a CONTROLLED, low-to-moderate intensity. We will work together to respect all riders' needs, including the newer, slower ones, and learn to work as a team.
