Going Farther - By choosing going farther you are joining a group of runners who would like to slowly increase their running fitness, they would like to challenge themselves, they would like to try a new distance, they would like to learn more about the sport.
Going Faster - By choosing going faster you are joining a group of runners who are goal time oriented, who want to qualify for Boston, who are looking to improve their endurance, their speed and their performance.
