The Taper: What you need to know

Information Session at Rogue Equipment on Saturday March 28th at 8:30 am.
This 9-week training program, beginning April 3rd, prepares women with ALL experience levels - those that have never participated in a triathlon, as well as more experienced triathletes - for the Trek Women's Triathlon and the Danskin Triathlon, both in the spring. Distances for the event include a: 1/2 mile swim, 12 mile bike and 3 mile run.
Iron Chicks training groups are limited to 20 participants per coach, giving it a small-group feel and plenty of interaction. You're sure to feel cared for and noticed.
First Day is April 3rd at 8am - 10 am for lots of information, meet the coaches, learn how to get started

3 friends - save $15 each
5 friends - save $25 each
