I think Rogue is the unquestioned leader in training in the state of Texas. A runner would be hard pressed anywhere to find a better program with better trainers & coaches. I hope to be a Rogue runner...

Pick up where you left off with the Texas Triathlon Series Short Course. Just finished the CapTex Tri or the Trek Women's Tri? Starting late? Don't worry! Join this group to jump on board at the end of May or anytime thereafter.
You'll ease into the existing Texas Triathlon Series schedule and prepare for the remaining races.
Workout details:
Tuesday run 6:30pm at Rogue with coach Allison Macsas
Monday and Thursday swims 7pm at Martin pool with coach Amy Marsh.
Wednesday spin class 6pm at Rogue with coach Phil Carmical (bring your own bike, rogue provides the trainers)
Saturday long run at Rogue at 8am
Sunday rides at Jack and Adams bike shop at 8am.
