The Taper: What you need to know

Training Systems is excited to raise standard in marathon training for
Central Texas runners. It is Rogue's goal to empower the athlete to be
properly prepared to achieve their goals for the fall marathon training
season. Rogue has developed a system to ensure that every runner
in our program will make it to the finish line of their desired race.
This system is designed to provide the highest quality workouts and
supported, varied long runs, all implemented by experienced,
inspirational coaches.
Join Rogue Training systems to prepare for any fall marathon from Sept 27th to Nov 1st: Chicago, New York, Marine Corp, Portland and many more.
This program starts on Saturday May 2nd. To join Beginners must be comfortably running at least 5 miles as a long run and a total of at least 18 miles per week. Intermediate and advanced must be comfortably running 7 miles as a long run and a total of at least 25 miles per week.
Many of these marathons fill up quickly and some of them are lottery registration only so visit the races' websites for details.
