Rogue Training Systems is excited to raise the standard in marathon training for Central Texas runners. It is Rogue's goal to empower the athlete to be properly prepared to achieve their goals for the fall marathon training season. Rogue has developed a system to ensure that every runner in our program will make it to the finish line of their desired race. This system is designed to provide the highest quality workouts and supported, varied long runs, all implemented by experienced, inspirational coaches.
Beginners need to be comfortably running 5 miles for a long run and 18 total miles per week to join this program. Intermediate and advanced need to be comfortably running 10 miles for a long run and 25 total miles per week to join this program.
