This program is designed to prepare runners to make it to the
starting line of the San Antonio Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon on November 15th injury-free & in proper condition to complete the distance in their
goal time.
Beginners need to come into the program already comfortably running
or run/walking 3 miles, intermediates 4 miles, advanced 5 miles.
For more details, attend the Information Session on July 8th at
6pm at the Rogue Training Center at 500 San Marcos St, just 2 blocks
east of IH35 between E. 5th and 6th.
Highlighted Program Features
- Running schedules created by Steve Sisson, named "Super Coach" by Runners World: beginner, intermediate and advanced.
- 3 options for quality workouts (track, hills or road) offered:
Wednesday Downtown at 5:45am, Tuesday Downtown at 6:30pm or Wednesday North at 6:30pm.
- Saturday long runs at the Rogue Training Center at 7am with water stops
- Customized Schedules - to fit your training needs
- Rogue Equipment Rewards card
