Purchase of a training schedule gives you access to a locker room where you can view it week-by-week on a calendar and as a PDF. A triathlon coach will check the forum regularly to answer questions.
A training schedule will outline the workouts you should do, including off days, on all seven days of the week.
You may purchase the schedule month-by-month, or you can buy it all at once and receive a deal.
