Pick up where you left off with the Danskin Training. Just finished the Trek Women's or Danskin Tri? Starting
late? Don't worry! Join this group to jump on board in June
or anytime thereafter.
This program will prepare you for the Sweet & Twisted Triathlon August 16th, 2009
Workout details:
- Tuesday run 6:30pm at Rogue with coach Allison Macsas
- Monday and Thursday swims 7pm at Martin pool with coach Amy Marsh.
- Wednesday spin class 6pm at Rogue with coach Phil Carmical (bring your own bike, rogue provides the trainers)
- Saturday long run at Rogue at 8am
- Sunday rides at Jack and Adams bike shop at 8am. (free breakfast Tacos afterwards)
