Austin Half Marathon Training program 2010

This program is designed to prepare runners to make it to the
starting line of the Austin Half Marathon and / or the 3M Half Marathon
injury free & in proper condition to complete the distance in their
goal time. The program will start on Saturday October 3rd / Sunday October 4th .
Beginners need to enter the program already comfortably running or
run/walking 3 miles (running 13 miles total per week), intermediates 4 miles (running 14 - 17 miles per week), advanced 5 miles (running 18 - 12 miles per week).
Highlighted Program Features
- Running schedules created by Steve Sisson, named "Super Coach" by Runners World: beginner, intermediate and advanced.
- 2 coached group workouts each week: the long run and the quality workout
- Quality workouts will be offered at a variety of times and locations as listed below.
- Long run Options of Saturday or Sunday at Rogue Downtown at 7:30 am with water stops. You can run either day.
