« BackThis program is for those interested in training for the Austin Marathon but can only run on the weekends. Or for runners who are wanting to maintain running base.
Starting on September 5th, you will run one long run a week with the Austinl Marathon training group on Saturdays at 7am. The program will meet at the Rogue Training Center, 500 San Marcos, on the corner of east 5th and San Marcos, just 2 blocks east of IH35. The routes will be occasionally on the Town Lake trail, but mostly on the streets and through neighborhoods of Austin. Long runs start at 5 - 7 miles.
