« BackThis 19 week long program prepares runners to make it to the
starting line of any April marathon injury-free & in proper
condition to complete the distance in their goal time. This program focuses on the Eugene Marathon. You are more than welcome to join the class if you are planning to do a race within a month of Eugene. Some of these marathons are Big Sur 4/25, Big D Dallas 4/11, Oklahoma City 4/25,
Nashville 4/24, London 4/25 and Paris 4/11.

Wednesday quality workouts at 6:00 PM, Saturday morning
long runs at 7am. In addition to these 2 workouts, you can attend
core and / or yoga classes for free offered at various times and days
during the week.
