Capital of Texas Tri Program 2010

8 week program triathlon training program with the goal of preparing athletes of all levels for the Capital of Texas Triathlon.
The program includes 4 coached workouts weekly: 2 swim workouts, 1 bike workout, and 1 run workout.
Long runs and long rides will be on your own, but you are encouraged to join a Rogue long run program and/or a group bike ride on the weekends.
Program will also include 2 clinics covering transition, open water swimming and race day prep.

Program limit:40 athletes
Coaches: Amy Marsh & Brandon Marsh - Team Marsh
Schedule:
- Monday and Thursday: PM swim workouts. some maybe on open water. Swim workouts meet at Dick Nichols pool during the month of April and Balcones pool during May.
- Tuesday: PM bike workout on Tuesday, and at times we will incorporate the Run-Far Time Trial or Splash and Dash. Workout time will be 6-7 and 7-8 if needed for indoor workouts and if the Rogue Center is available.
- Wednesday: Run workout each week. We will meet at Rogue for these. Workout time will be 6-7:30.
