Schedule Your Own Class: You Choose When, Where, and Who:
These classes can be scheduled at your convenience. It can be custom designed and implemented for any small group such as friends, teammates, and/or co-workers who have common fitness goals. Classes can be hosted at any location, including Rogue Training Systems. Some of the workouts and program options are: sport specific conditioning, functional training, core and flexibility, injury prevention, circuit training, or any combination.
About the coaches:
Phil Carmical, best known around Austin as "Panther" is also a running Coach for Rogue, as well as an accomplished athlete himself, and the founder of Austin Duathletes.
Erin Madden is an accredited Personal Trainer, holding a degree from UT in Kinesiology. She, too, is a competitive runner with Team Rogue, and an experienced coach and Fitness Director.
These two have come together, melding their expertise and passion for fitness, healthy living, and balance, to form East End Fitness.
