« BackThis program is designed to allow those who have built a strong base in preparation for the Austin Marathon & Half and/or 3M Half Marathon to sharpen their strength into speed. The program begins on February 27th at 7am with an easy pace run of 5 - 7 miles.
This 9 week program will train for the Capitol 10k on April 11th, the Texas Roundup 5/10K on April 24th, and the Schlotzsky's Bun Run 5K on May 2nd.
The program meets twice a week: On Tuesdays or Wednesday for a quality workout of track and speed. And on Saturdays at 7am for the long run. Each quality workout time and location is for all levels of marathon or half marathon runners.
Also included in the program are Darren Brown's core workout for runners at Rogue downtown at a variety of times: Sundays 5pm, Mondays 6am, Monday 6pm, Thursdays 6pm and Thursdays 7pm.
