« BackRogue Training Systems is excited to raise the standard in marathon training for Austin Texas runners. It is Rogue's goal to empower the athlete to be properly prepared to achieve their goals for the fall marathon training season. Rogue has developed a system to ensure that every runner in our program will make it to the finish line of their desired race. This system is designed to provide the highest quality workouts and supported, varied long runs, all implemented by experienced, inspirational coaches.
Join Rogue Training Systems to prepare for any fall marathon from September 26th 2010 to November 14th 2010: Chicago, New York, Marine Corp, Portland, San Antonio, New York and many more.
This program starts on Saturday, May 1st at 6am at Rogue Equipment. The cost is $350 for 28 weeks of training to run San Antonio on Nov 14th. For those with earlier race dates, email carolyn@roguerunning.com for your discount code based on your race date. (For example Chicago runners will train for 23 weeks for $287.50.)
Requirements: To join a runner must be comfortable running at least 5 miles as a long run and a total of 18 miles per week.
Features: 2 group workouts per week: quality run (see options below) and a Saturday 6am long run. When runs are at 18 miles or more, start time to move to 5:30am.
