This program is for those wanting to maintain a long run base with a group, without needing a training schedule for a specific race. Participate in long runs with the PR for 5K/10K group from March 6 - April 24. Build from 5 to 13 miles.
Long runs are supported with water and PowerAde throughout the run course.
Runs begin, primarily, at Rogue Equipment and travel all over the Austin area. Participants receive turn-by-turn directions on a "trip ticket" and a map before heading off by long run pace along the route.
