« Back12 weeks of training on trails, starting on February 27th, and ending at the final Rogue Trails Series race on May 16th, 2010. A training plan was created that will get you ready for these races, weather you have little trail experience or are a savvy trail runner looking to improve on speed and endurance.
We will introduce you to the trails around Austin. Hands on coached workouts are twice a week on Saturdays & Wednesdays. A detail of these and suggestions for the rest of the week will be provided.
