This program will prepare runners for the 2012 Austin Marathon on February 19. Our training schedule is designed for all levels, from first-time marathoners to the veterans, and is intended to get all participants to across their hometown finish line, confident and injury-free. This program begins on September 3. Want to know more? Information session on August 30th at 6pm at Rogue downtown.
**Please note that the long run may occasionally begin as early as 6am due to distance and/or route restrictions. Advance notice will be given!**
