Join Rogue to prepare for your fall marathon! Our training schedule is appropriate for any level of marathoner, from first timer to veteran; all runners should be comfortable with at least 5 miles on the first day.
Two groups have specific end dates for their programs: Amy Anderson's Berlin group ends September 30th and Ruth England's Philly group ends November 18th. All other groups end on November 11th.
Downtown long runs start at 6am, but move to 5:30am when beginners run 18 miles or more.
