This 8 week program focuses on the four elements of running (strength, endurance, speed and technique), teaching beginners how to run and how to adapt running into daily life. This program will prepare runners for the 5K/10K distances and give runners a great base to then start training for the Austin Half Marathon. Participants range from those who have never run before to those already comfortable running up to 3 miles. This program begins July 7th and ends August 25th.
