This 12 week program focuses on the four elements of running; (strength, endurance, speed, and technique) teaching beginners how to run and how to adapt running into daily life. This program will prepare runners for the 5k and 10k distances and give runners a great base to then start training in the spring half marathon programs. Participants range from first time runners to those comfortable with 3 miles. This program beings September 4 and ends November 20th.
