Join trail runner, coach, climber and trainer, Mallory Brooks to train for the 12th edition of the Rogue Trail Series. This training program is designed to accommodate a variety of levels, from the beginner trail enthusiast to the trail blazing ultra-marathon racer. During the week days, we will meet for speed drills, agility and balance work, and some injury-prevention exercises. Weekend runs will always consist of high mileage, as we explore new trails around Austin, introducing you to new territory and making your more comfortable with the already familiar trails. The goal will be to build up strength and speed to race the 10k or 30k distances at the Rogue Trail Series but Mallory has the ability and experience to coach runners for any races or distances throughout the spring.
