The "Why" of Easy Runs and Drills

Who better to lead you through the trails of Central Texas than a native of the Down Under? Scott Rantall, known through Texas & Oklahoma as Aussie Scott, will be launching the Rogue Cedar Park Trail Program. This 8 week course will build the foundation necessary for racing in the annual Rogue Trail Series.
Start Date: Thur Jan 5th.
Duration: 8 wk course finishing Sat 3rd March.
Goal: Introduce Cedar Park runners to the local Trails
3 days a week: Core Mon 6:30pm, Quality Thur 6:30am, Long with other groups, Sat 7am
Coach: Aussie Scott
Prerequisite: Must be able to run 4-5 miles, averaging faster than 11 min miles. Scott will be running with the group - no maps or water provided at Thursday runs (bring a handheld!). Runners may require headlights.
