This program features 14 weeks of training on trails, starting on March 2nd, and ending at the final Rogue Trails Series race on June 2, 2013. The Rogue trail races offer 10k and 30k distances. A training plan is created that will get you ready for these races, whether you have little trail experience or are a savvy trail runner looking to improve on speed and endurance. We will introduce you to the trails around Austin on Saturdays. Tuesdays will alternate between speed workouts at Rogue Downtown and trail workouts at various locations. Coached by veteran trail runner and Rogue Equipment employee Erik Stanley and ultra trail runner Devon Kiernan. This program starts March 2nd and ends on June 2nd.
