Join the Rogue Iron Chicks program to train for the Danskin Triathlon on June 2nd 2013. See what it looks like to do Danskin. This 8 week training program prepares women of all experience levels, from the first-timer to repeat athletes and features weekly coached workouts:
Monday 6:15pm run downtown or Anderson high school
Wednesday 6:15pm bike South (veloway) or Anderson high school
Sunday pool swim at the East Communities YMCA: 9am for beginners / Intermediates or 10am for novice / beginners.
Core classes downtown: Thursdays at 6pm
3 special clinics, dates TBA: open water swim, Danskin course ride and practice tri.
