The Taper: What you need to know

8 week program triathlon training program with the goal of preparing athletes of all levels for the Capital of Texas Triathlon.
The program includes 4 coached workouts weekly: 2 swim workouts, 1 bike workout, and 1 run workout.
Long runs and long rides will be on your own, but you are encouraged to join a Rogue long run program and/or a group bike ride on the weekends.
Program will also include 2 clinics covering transition, open water swimming and race day prep.
