
Course overview:
* Provides stroke instruction
* Teaches basic training regimens
* Increases aerobic capacity
* Teaches freestyle stroke
* Help swimmers transition from pool training to open-water racing
* Tests swimmers periodically to track progress.
Start Date: Tuesday August 24 - Tuesday September 21 (5 instruction days, 4 practice days)
Day and Time:
* 7:30pm - 8:30pm on Tuesdays- Full instruction day (with coach Tenille)
* 7:30pm - 8:30pm on Thursdays - Optional Practice Day with workout written up on the board (with coach Holly)
Swimmers should bring pull buoy, kickboard and fins.
