This ongoing weekly training program is designed to help runners build and improve their core strength.
Coach Ramsay Wall focuses on core strength and flexibility, concentrating on the vital need for strong and supple core muscles - which aids in running biomechanics and is essential to runners remaining injury free. Improving core strength and flexibility is essential for new runners and experienced runners extending/increasing the distance of their runs.
Class is offered year round on Monday evenings 6:00-7:00pm at the Rogue Training Center (500 San Marcos St, on the corner of East 5th and San Marcos, just 2 blocks east of IH35).
Please bring a yoga mat or towel and a recovery drink for post-workout.
After you register online for the program, a punch card will be issued for you and left in a card box in the Rogue Training Center. Just punch the card each time you attend a class. You will have 3 months to attend your 8 classes.
