Running Backwards Drill

The running backwards drill helps improve your running form by working the glutes, hamstrings and feet. This drill also helps with knee stabilization. Important things to keep in mind when performing this drill:
- Stand up straight.
- Reach back with your leg with long steps.
- Your foot should make contact underneath your hips.
