Grapevine Running Drill

The grapevine (karaoke) running drill works ancillary muscles not directly used in running and helps loosen the hip flexor and increases mobility in the region. Important things to keep in mind when performing this drill:
- Arms should rotate the opposite direction from the legs.
- Shoulders and trunk should face forward.
- Stand up straight.
- Stay on the ball or forefoot.
