You’ll want to join this group if you’re looking for a fun, social, beginner-intermediate group that will challenge you! Expect to meet great friends, work hard, & see some results. We aren’t your standard group because we are tailored to athletes who are getting used to the distance.
The Hot Wings is the perfect fit for anyone who runs 10Ks & up; and would like to work on more. More can mean a little faster, it can mean more distance, or it can simply mean more fun.
Start date: Year round group so you can join at any time.
*Monthly recurring payment begins the day of registration. Once you register you will be billed immediately. Your on-going billing will occur the same day you registered each month moving forward. You can cancel at any time.
Beginner 10K-half-marathon group

Location: Rogue Downtown
Level: We recommend that runners be comfortable with at least a 3 mile run to join this group
Meets: Twice per week: Wednesdays at 6 PM & Saturdays at 5:30 or 6:30 AM
Includes: 7-day per week running schedule (includes everything you need to race at your best), access to our core strength class, on-site recovery tools, small-group weekday speed workout led by your coach and Saturday morning long runs on a fully-supported course.
