fit to run - Summer strength TRAINING

This 8-week fundamental strength training is offered at our Cedar Park location during the summer. You don't have to be a runner but we do focus on improving imbalances, mobility, and strength specifically for distance runners. This class is coach led to push you out of your comfort zone and hold you accountable! We also provide a homework assignment and weekly motivational emails to keep you on target to reach your running goals.
