If are looking to perfect your 5K/10K race with the best coaching and training, this is for you! If you are wanting to complete your first 5K/10K, this is for you! We have 3 group options to choose from.
If you are brand new to running or a beginner runner check out our Couch-to-5K/10K training group. We have 5 training levels to choose to fit any beginner runner. We start new groups every month so you can build your fitness from one month to the next with the goal of graduating to the next level!

You may not know it yet, but you are ready to fly! Whether you just completed your half or full marathon or if you finished our Couch-to-5K training, it's time to get faster! Yes, this is the largest 10K in Texas and YES, Rogue will prepare you for the hills, crowds, and of course the distance. Do you want to Convert your Prius into a Mustang? We will show you how to sharpen your endurance strength into newfound speed. Runners should already be comfortable with at least 3 miles to start this program.

Long distance runners: now's your chance to sharpen your strength into speed. Mix things up with this training program geared towards marathon or half marathon runners, just coming off of the Houston or Austin races. Runners will train for the Austin classics Capitol 10000, and a variety of other area races in April.
