Summer Running 2019
Start your summer off with learning or revisiting all the cool places to run in Austin!! What makes this program unique is not just the iconic routes but post run we will hang out at an iconic eatery too! This group will be 60% roads & 40% trails since you can’t have iconic Austin run routes without trail.
SATURDAY LONG RUN ONLY
This program is for those wanting to maintain a Saturday long run base. There will not be a training schedule, but each Monday you will receive an email listing the routes and distances. All long runs are fully supported, with the established route, maps and staffed water stops every 2 - 3 miles.

Are you an Austinite interested in giving Rogue a test-run or an out-of-towner looking to link up for a group run during your visit? Our Saturday long runs at our Downtown or Cedar Park locations offer a wide range of distances and start times based on our current programs. All are fully supported, which includes the established route, maps and staffed water stops every 2 - 3 miles.
The first version of this podcast training group was a smashing success, so Running Rogue will continue for those interested in training virtually for a 5K up to the marathon. The program will be based on the principles discussed in the podcast and incorporate both the physical and mental training elements needed to help you run a personal best.
core & yoga classes
Classes designed to support and improve your running. Our supplemental training is free for all Rogue Training members, but if you are not a member and would like to join us - you can! We have Core classes at Rogue Downtown and Rogue Cedar Park on Mondays evenings. These classes are 45-60 minutes and designed to improve strength and muscle imbalances commonly found in runners. Rogue Cedar Park offers a Yoga class on Sunday mornings as well.
