Get Core'd by Rogue! 

This 45-60 minute strength and conditioning workout focuses on targeting muscle imbalances, building strength, and improving deficiencies that most runners have. Use this class to stay healthy while training or to get stronger while taking a break. 

Run more efficient with Yoga for Rogues! 

Yoga improves strength, flexibility, and balance while teaches runners how to breathe and relax. Yoga builds mental endurance which is key for any distance race. Marathon runner & yogi, Melanie Humphrey encourages all levels to join her but be prepared for 60 minutes of work! 

Price: Free for current training group members
$15/class or $100 for 10 classes for non-Rogue members.
