Whether you’re looking to improve fitness, train for a specific adventure, or be part of an amazing run community, our year-round training program can help you achieve that!

Our training group meets Tuesday (5:30 am), Thursday (5:30 am), and Saturday (7:00 am) mornings.

When you join our team, you can expect that we will introduce you to new trails, teach you how to navigate them, and prepare you for longer and faster miles! Our coaching covers strength training, mobility drills, nutrition, gear, speed workouts, and "homework"! With a team of experienced trail running coaches, you have access to one-on-one attention. This group is geared towards intermediate to advanced level runners, training for distances from 30K to 100 miles...and beyond. Whether you are focused on your first trail race or aiming to break records in a remote wilderness area, we will craft a strategic plan to set you up for success. Commit to showing up, trusting the process, and working hard.

For Fall & Winter 2018/2019, we are offering a 19-week training program designed around the Goodwater Trail Race on January 26th.

We also offer a training program designed around a Grand Canyon adventure in May 2019. This program is designed for athletes who want to run rim-to-rim-to-rim starting from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon AND for athletes who want to run rim-to-rim or rim-to-river.     

Our 19-week Goodwater program starts September 23rd; although, you can join anytime! Your coaching staff is comprised of the Goodwater race directors and Goodwater race veterans, so you'll gain expert insight on how to train and prepare for any distance at Goodwater.

Our Grand Canyon programs are underway and ongoing. It’s time to sign up, make reservations, and start building your base! Your coaches are wilderness adventure veterans who have also completed some variation of every Grand Canyon adventure option available.

We work within a systematic training protocol designed to stress all aerobic systems, build ancillary strength, fortify your mental preparedness, and equip you with the gear and nutritional skills necessary to tackle any goal. Expect team workouts to traverse media ranging from roads to tracks to trails.
