We push running as a lifestyle, and racers and non-racers alike are welcome! 

Rogue's ongoing training groups are designed to accommodate runners of ALL distances. They are ongoing with no beginning and no end, for both those training for races and for those who aren't. 

Meeting: Most groups meet twice per week: Tuesday or Wednesday (speed) workout with your coach and a Saturday long run. Team Rogue meets three times per week: Tuesday and Thursday workouts plus a Saturday long run.

Includes: 7-day per week running schedule based upon your goals (includes everything you need to race at your best), access to our core strength class, on-site recovery tools,  small-group weekday speed workout led by a dedicated coach and Saturday morning long runs on a fully-supported course.

SATURDAY LONG RUN PROGRAM

About: This program is for those wanting to maintain a Saturday long run base. There will not be a training schedule, but each Monday you will receive an email listing the routes and distances. All long runs are fully supported, with the established route, maps and staffed water stops every 2 - 3 miles.
