Led by longtime coach Phil "Panther" Carmical, Riff Raff runners train for pretty much everything and enjoy a tight-knit group with personalized training schedules. This group is perfect for improving your personal record [PR], maintaining your current fitness, or just giving you something to do with others who also have a running problem & just don't know when to quit!  

This program is all about running as a lifestyle: it's ongoing, with no beginning and no end, providing a structured plan and supportive community for both those training for races and for those who aren't.

Level: We recommend that runners be comfortable with at least a five mile run to join this group
Meets: Two or three times per week: Tuesdays at 6 PM and/or Thursdays at 5:45 AM and Saturdays at 6 AM
Price: $75/mo (2 days/wk) or $92/mo (3 days/wk)
