We Train Austin.

 

Our Austin training groups offer something for all levels of runners: beginners to advanced who are comfortable running distances ranging from less than a mile (or not at all) all the way up to marathons. Once a week you’ll meet with your designated coach during the week for the group quality workout, then on Saturdays your group will gather again for a longer run that will help you further build confidence and endurance. Each week you’ll receive a training schedule, access to core and yoga classes, access to recovery tools, and weekly communication from your coach.

Level 1

STARTING FROM SCRATCH
Currently comfortable running 0-3 Miles
$85/Month

Brand new to running? Have goals of losing weight, increasing your cardio, building confidence, and making friends? This is perfect for you. With 5 tiers to the training schedule to choose from, you’ll start your journey based on your current comfort level and grow from there.

Level 2

IMPROVE YOUR SPEED & ENDURANCE
Currently comfortable with 4-7 Miles
$85 /Month

This group is geared towards runners who want to improve their speed, endurance, and race performance in the 5K to Full Marathon level. This might include runners seeking to finish their first half or full marathon as well as runners striving for a personal best at any distance mentioned above. Ready for a real opportunity to grow?

Level 3

SEEKING HIGH MILEAGE & INTENSITY
Currently comfortable with 8-12 Miles
$115/Month

Made for warriors. These groups are geared towards runners who are experienced enough to utilize high mileage and/or high intensity workouts in order to attain new PRs. This might include runners seeking a Boston or Olympic Trials Qualifier or those who simply want to test their limits. If it’s time to be the best you can be, sign up now.

Weekend Warrior

GET THE CARDIO CHALLENGE YOU NEED EVERY SATURDAY
For all levels and running capabilities
$60/Month or $15 per Saturday run

Start times are:
October thru May: 6am for up to 16 or 20 miles. 7am for up to 10 miles

June thru September: 6am for up to 16 or 20 miles. 7am for up to 10 miles

Saturday long runs start and finish at Rogue Running at 410 Pressler St. Water stops are located every 2 - 3 miles on the courses. Rogue provides written turn by turn directions at the start of the run.
