We have Tuesday AM & PM groups to choose from. Each of the groups also meets on Saturday mornings for a long run.

LONG RUNS

There are two start times offered. The early start at 5:30 AM is for ALL runners and the later start at 7 AM is only for runners running 10 miles or less. Runners are given written directions and a map of the route along with access to water & Gatorade about every 2-3 miles with cups. There is always a COD (Coach on Duty) who is available to assist with runners if they are lost, hurt, or if we are out of water on the course. The COD kicks off the 2 start times with announcements, route specific instructions, and stays at the training center until the final runners returns. training cycles or seasons

OVERVIEW

These groups are geared towards runners who want to improve their speed, endurance, and race performance from the 5K to the Marathon. This might include runners seeking to finish their first half or full marathon as well as runners striving for a personal best at any distance.

Runners are currently comfortable with 4-7 Miles.

All of our groups are year-round groups you can join anytime. These groups meet once during the week for a quality workout with their team/coach and on Saturday mornings for a long run.


BENEFITS

Day-by-day running schedule for goal races, dedicated and experienced coaches that send weekly communication, small-group coached workouts, supported Saturday long runs (see details below), and virtual strength and yoga classes.


TRAINING CYCLES

There are 4 main training cycles with a prescribed weekly and long run schedule but you can join any time and your coach will help you adjust if you are not aligned with a current goal race/training schedule.

Fall Races - Half & Full Marathon and 5K/10K
Starts: May 2023
Goal Races: Any October-Early November races such as Twin Cities, Chicago, MCM, NYC, and Run for the Water 10 Miler

Winter Races - Half & Full Marathon and 5K/10K
Starts: July 2023
Goal Races: Any Late November - Mid-December races such as Philadephia, CIM, BCS, Dallas, & Decker Half Marathon

Austin/Houston - Half & Full Marathon and 5K/10K
Starts: September 2023
Goal Races: Any January-February races such as 3M Half, Houston, and Austin

Spring Races - Half & Full Marathon and 5K/10K
Starts: December 2022 (Full Marathons) and January 2023 (5K-Half Marathons)
Goal Races: Any March-Early May races such as Cap10K, Boston, and Eugene.


PAYMENT

Monthly recurring payment begins the day of registration. Wait to register until the start date above. Once you register you will be billed immediately. Your ongoing billing will occur the same day you registered each month moving forward. You can cancel at any time by logging into your account, click on your account on the bottom right-hand corner. Then, click on “view plan or cancel”. There is not an option to “pause” your membership. COST: $85/month for most groups.

Our workouts and Saturday long runs meet at various locations in the Cedar Park area.
