Whether you are walking or running, our goal is to help you IMPROVE over an 8-week period. No running experience is required, just a desire to improve! We provide a non-intimidating and friendly atmosphere for our runners with an experienced coach to help you meet your personal goals.

Join Rogue to train for your Houston Half or Full, 3M Half, or Austin Half & Full Marathon! We kick-off training with the Church of the Long Run event (free to all) on Saturday September 2nd. We will prepare you tackle the half or full marathon distance in January & February of 2018.
