Dallas Metroplex Training

Looking to take your training to the next level?  Whether you are shooting for your first half marathon/full marathon or your fastest, Rogue gives you life changing, heart pounding, distance run training. Our fully supported, coached program is based on years of experience with thousands of athletes to prepare you for your goal race. And we make it fun!  We have options for all levels at 4 locations in the Dallas area: Mockingbird Dallas, Richardson, Coppell, and Allen High School

Dallas Training

Our Dallas area classes meet year-round — you can join anytime. The groups meet 3 times per week — Tuesday morning for a “quality workout”, Thursday morning for a medium long run, and Saturday morning for a long run.

Minimum requirement at beginning of class:
Base Building: staying in shape between races, returning from injury, or prepping for distance class

Half Marathon: you should be able to comfortably run 4 miles (running or a 4:1 run/walk ratio) and averaging around 10 miles per week.

Marathon: you should be able to comfortably run 6 miles (running or a 4:1 run/walk ratio) and averaging around 20 miles per week.
