ROGUE RUNNING FEES AND CANCELLATION POLICIES


Membership Fees

  • Membership fees automatically renew at the end of a monthly billing cycle and will be charged to the athlete's credit card entered on the day of registration.

  • In order to remain in good standing, athletes will be notified via email if automatic renewal is declined. Membership will terminate automatically with no action after 3 notifications.

  • Access to our MEMBER PAGE where schedules, training program events, account details, etc. reside is granted to members in good standing.

  • Rogue Running will provide at least thirty (30) calendar day notice before any increase in our membership fees.

Canceling Account

  • Our membership plans are month to month with no cancelation penalties. Memberships can be canceled by clicking on “your account” in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, then on “view plan or cancel”. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, your membership will be effective until the end of the billing cycle. We do appreciate you including your reasons for canceling.

  • Memberships may be reinstated at any time. Return to “Train” and select the appropriate page (Austin, Austin Trail, etc.) Make sure you let us know if you have any trouble.

Refunds

  • Our programs include an initial trial period to make sure we are a good fit for you. We provide a no-hassle cancelation during this trial period if needed.

  • Monthly membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. This would include unexpected business/family issues, travel, missed workouts, etc. The non-refundable policy also applies to pro-rated refunds in the middle of a billing cycle.

  • We know policies cannot cover every single situation.  If you have an extreme situation, you can always reach out to us.
