Rogue Rising

Rogue Rising is designed for dedicated athletes at every level. Whether you're a seasoned runner seeking to reset your training foundation or a newcomer aiming for a 10K, half marathon, or full marathon, Rogue Rising has you covered year-round.

Rising athletes run 40 or less miles per week regularly, and the schedule includes one speed workout per week of 4- 6 miles total.

This group is Coached by James Dodds and Carrie Dyer. Join Rogue Rising, and watch yourself soar to new running heights!

Renegades Worldwide

This program is for the experienced runner interested in training virtually for 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons and marathons, running 40 - 80 miles per week. Coaches Chris McCLung, Allison Macsas and James Dodds utilize the principles discussed in the Running Rogue podcast to help you smash your goals.

This group now has members from all over the globe. In each season, we have training tracks to help you run your fastest regardless of the distance, whether seeking a 5K personal best, going for your fastest half marathon, or perhaps trying to earn that elusive Boston qualifier.

This team is an advanced level, with runners logging 40 - 80 miles a week regularly, and features one speed workout per week of 6 - 10 miles total.

Season 16 starts June 2nd for fall and winter races (September thru January race dates). Registration open thru June 20th.

Team Rogue Virtual

This advanced program is designed specifically for those training for Fall marathon, and also the distances of half marathon, 10k and 5k. This group is coached by Cathy Casey and James Dodds.

This team is an advanced level, with runners logging 55 - 85 miles a week regularly, and features 2 speed workouts per week of 8 - 12 miles total each.

Then next training season starts June 2nd for fall and winter races (September thru January race dates). Registration open thru June 20th.
