OVERVIEW

All of our groups are year-round groups you can join anytime. These groups meet once during the week for a quality workout with their team/coach and on Saturday mornings for a long run.

Minimum requirement for each group is determined by the levels below:
Level 2A Comfortable with 3-5 miles of running non-stop
Level 2B: Comfortable with 5-7 miles of running non-stop

Saturday start times:

June thru September: 5:30am up to 16 - 20 miles / 6:30am up to 10 miles

October thru May: 6am up to 16 - 20 miles / 7am up to 10 miles

BENEFITS

Day-by-day running schedule for goal races, dedicated and experienced coaches that send weekly communication, small-group coached workouts, on-site recovery tools, supported Saturday long runs (see details below), and virtual strength and yoga classes.

TRAINING CYCLES

Austin/Houston/3M - Half & Full Marathon and 5K/10K
Starts: August 31, 2024
Goal Races: Any January-February races such as 3M Half, Houston, and Austin

Spring Races - Half & Full Marathon and 5K/10K Starts: December 2024 / January 2025
Goal Races: Any March-Early June races such as Austin, Woodlands and Dallas.

Fall Races - Half & Full Marathon and 5K/10K
Starts: May 4, 2024
Goal Races: Any October-Early November races such as Indianapolis, Twin Cities, Chicago, MCM, NYC, and Run for the Water 10 Miler

PAYMENT

Monthly recurring payment begins the day of registration. Wait to register until the start date above. Once you register you will be billed immediately. Your on-going billing will occur the same day you registered each month moving forward. You can cancel at any time by logging into your account, click on your account on the bottom right-hand corner. Then, click on “view plan or cancel”. There is not an option to “pause” your membership.

COST: $85/month for most groups.
