OVERVIEW

Team Rogue meets three times per week and runners are expected to commit to a challenging, periodized training schedule under the direction of an experienced coach. Runners do not necessarily have to be "fast," but they must be focused, consistent, and experienced. Runners need to be comfortable with 8-12 miles for quality workouts and a more rigorous training schedule.

BENEFITS

Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday schedule for goal races, knowledgable & experienced coach that send weekly communication, group coached workouts (Tues/Thur), on-site recovery tools, supported Saturday long runs. The coach meets with athletes one-on-one to determine weekly mileage, goals, and training plan.

LONG RUNS

There are two start times offered. The early start is for all runners and the later start is only for runners running up to 10 miles. Downtown Saturday long run start times change throughout this season.

Saturday start times:

June thru September: 5:30AM up to 16 - 20 miles / 6:30 AM up to 10 miles

October thru May: 6AM up to 16 - 20 miles / 7 AM up to 10 miles

TRAINING CYCLES

There are 4 main training cycles with a prescribed weekly and long run schedule but you can join any time and your coach will help you adjust if you are not aligned with a current goal race/training schedule.

Austin/Houston - Half & Full Marathon and 5K/10K
Starts: August 31, 2024
Goal Races: Any January-February races such as 3M Half, Houston, and Austin

Spring Races - Half & Full Marathon and 5K/10K Starts: December 2024 / January 2025
Goal Races: March-Early June races such as Austin, Woodlands and Dallas.

Fall Races - Half & Full Marathon and 5K/10K
Starts: May 4 2024
Goal Races: Any October-Early November races such as Twin Cities, Chicago, MCM, NYC, and Run for the Water 10 Miler

PAYMENT

Monthly recurring payment begins the day of registration. Wait to register until the start date above. Once you register you will be billed immediately. Your ongoing billing will occur the same day you registered each month moving forward. You can cancel at any time by logging into your account, click on your account on the bottom right-hand corner. Then, click on “view plan or cancel”. There is not an option to “pause” your membership.
COST: $115/month for most groups.
