I coach: Rogue Rabbits in Austin on Tuesdays at 6 PM

Background: My running journey started after graduating college in 2006 and have raced every distance from the mile to the 50k both on the road and trail. Over the past 15 years running has been a competitive outlet, rabbit to chase, stress reliever, and social circle. After 10 years of running solo, I joined Rogue with The Morning Show in 2016 and have never looked back.

Years Coaching & Philosophy: 1 year, there’s a lot you can learn about yourself over the course of a run.

Best advice for new Rogues: Be patient, be consistent, celebrate every win and enjoy the ride. You’re tougher than you think.

Most memorable run/race: Austin Marathon 2017. It was 70 degrees and 90 percent humidity but the course was packed with Rogues supporting and we were trained and ready. I ended up with a 2 second PR even though the previous race was 25 degrees cooler.

Interesting fact: I’m a leap year baby, so sometimes I act like I’m only 9.
